By accessing SmartStaff, you agree to comply with our professional standards and operational guidelines. Effective: March 17, 2026.
User License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the SmartStaff engine for internal business operations only.
Account Integrity
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
Prohibited Use
Any attempt to spoof GPS locations, bypass Face ID verification, or use automated scripts to log attendance is strictly prohibited.
Service Billing
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Failure to pay within the grace period will result in temporary suspension of services.
1. Accuracy of Service
SmartStaff relies on the GPS and camera hardware of the user's device. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in cases of hardware failure, poor network connectivity, or OS-level restrictions.
2. Biometric Consent
By enrolling your face data, you grant SmartStaff a limited license to process your facial features for identity verification. This data is hashed, encrypted, and never shared with third parties for marketing.
3. Service Level Agreement
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for lost data caused by scheduled maintenance or unforeseen server outages.
4. Modification of Terms
SmartStaff reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to Company Administrators via email.
